Every Friday, from 19:00 to 21:00, at UNIDA Church in Terrassa (Av. Béjar, 299).
Friday’s is the weekly gathering of the Youth Ministry of UNIDA Church in Terrassa: a safe, joyful and deep space where children, preteens, teenagers and young people can get to know Jesus more, make friends and grow in their faith.
Friday’s is a weekly gathering designed so that young people can:
experience a time of worship and music,
receive an introduction to the Word of God,
enjoy games, activities and time together with other young people.
We want to offer a safe, welcoming and enriching space where each person can walk in their faith at the pace they need, accompanied by leaders and mentors who pray, listen and care.
Friday’s is also an interdenominational activity, open to young people from other churches in the Vallès who want to join and grow in community.
🗓 Every Friday (during the school year)
⏰ From 19:00 to 21:00
📍 UNIDA Church in Terrassa – Av. Béjar, 299, 08226 Terrassa
Getting here is very easy: we are on Avenida Béjar, in the Can Tusell neighbourhood, on the same avenue where the Mercadal de Terrassa street market takes place every Wednesday. There are good bus and train connections, and it is easy to get here both on foot and by car.
Each Friday’s has a structure designed to combine fun, faith and real relationships:
We start with games, challenges and activities to break the ice, laugh together and help everyone feel included, even if it is their first time.
Then we have a time of worship with songs in Catalan, Spanish and English. Music helps us to worship God and prepare our hearts to listen to the message.
Every week there is a Bible-based reflection adapted to each age group, on topics such as:
faith and doubts,
friendships and relationships,
identity, fears, decisions, social media, future…
We always start from the Bible and connect it with the reality you live at school, at high school, at home or online.
Afterwards we divide into small groups to talk about the topic, ask questions, listen to each other and pray together. It is often in this moment that many young people discover they are not alone in what they are going through.
We finish with a snack and a relaxed time of conversation. It is the perfect moment to make new friends, share about your week and continue building family.
Friday’s is organised into three age groups, so that the content and activities make sense for each stage.
For the youngest ones, who are beginning to discover faith in a visual, creative and fun way.
We work with Bible stories and values such as friendship, respect and obedience, and we help them see that God loves them and has a purpose for them.
A key transition stage.
We talk about identity, changes, emotions, friendships and how to start making their own faith decisions. We want to walk with them in a moment when everything is changing very fast.
For teenagers and young adults who want to go deeper:
spiritual maturity,
important decisions,
relationships, healthy boundaries,
calling, purpose and service.
We speak honestly about what you live at high school, at work or online, and we look for answers in Jesus.
At Friday’s we want to:
Bring you closer to God through worship and the Word.
Create community: that you feel part of a family of young people who know you by name.
Help you grow in faith and character, connecting the Bible with your real life.
Help you discover your gifts and encourage you to serve others.
Walk with you in your challenges: studies, family, mental health, decisions, doubts…
Friday’s does not replace other ministries at UNIDA (Bible School for Youth, discipleship, family ministry…), but complements them and is the natural entry point for many young people.
Every year we follow a series plan that connects with the school calendar, celebrations and key moments of the year. For the 2025–2026 school year, some of the main themes we will be working on at Friday’s are:
September · “Start of the school year”
New opportunities, being renewed, starting with a new mindset and making the most of what God has already begun.
October · “Light in the darkness / Against the current”
Jesus, the light of the world, in the midst of fears, anxiety and a culture that often walks in darkness.
November · “Connect”
Healthy relationships, forgiveness, friendships, boundaries and community. Includes a special focus on Thanksgiving.
December · “Christmas”
Less filters and consumerism; more incarnation, hope and humility.
January · “New year, same me?”
Vision, purpose, identity in Christ, authenticity and decisions aligned with God.
February · “Love”
Healthy love, self-esteem, dignity, sexuality (with age-appropriate approaches) and affection.
March · “Freedom”
Invisible chains (image, social media, addictions), guilt, shame and the real freedom we have in Jesus.
April · “The price”
The plan of salvation: what our redemption cost and how much we are worth to God.
May · “Called to more”
Mission, impact, service and influence: what I can do in the place where God has put me.
June · “Landing in God”
Trust, perseverance and real faith practices so as not to “disconnect from God” in summer.
We work on these themes with activities, games, testimonies, videos, discussions, prayer and small groups, always keeping the Bible at the centre and connecting with what you live each week.
Friday’s is part of everything we do as the Youth Ministry at UNIDA:
Friday’s · weekly gathering for ages 8 to 18.
Young Adults +18 · specific groups for those over 18, with Bible study and their own activities.
Small Bible study groups · during the week or on Saturdays, at different times.
Sports ministry (Goel Sports Club) · football, volleyball and basketball with Christian values.
If you want to go further, we can help you join a small group, one-to-one discipleship or other growth spaces.
It’s very simple:
Come on a Friday at 19:00 and ask for the Friday’s team.
If you are underage, you should come with your parents/guardians the first day so they can meet us.
We will explain which age group you will join (Preas, Younger Teens, Teens and Youth) and we will walk with you so you don’t feel lost.
You can also write to us beforehand at joves@unida.es or call 937 881 661 if you have any questions.
