Service: Living faith in times of darkness - Faith in God’s Purpose

Living Faith in Times of Darkness is a new preaching series based on the life of the prophet Elijah, from 1 Kings 17–21 and 2 Kings 2:1-15.

Like Elijah, we also live in times of confusion, spiritual darkness, and tensions that often make it difficult to clearly recognize the voice of the God of the Word. In this context, Elijah’s life helps us see how God works with the faith of his people, how he guides his servants in difficult moments, and how he continues to act even when everything seems silent, fragile, or lost.

Throughout this series, we will walk through the most significant moments in Elijah’s life to discover a faith that listens, obeys, waits, confronts, falls, rises again, and learns to trust once more in God’s purpose. An invitation to live a real, deep, and persevering faith in the midst of our own times of darkness.
