We obtain your personal information directly through you, and you expressly authorize us to process it.

Purpose
The PURPOSE of processing personal data is to manage your association with the United Evangelical Church of Terrassa:

• As members, collaborators, volunteers, supporters, and users.
• To stay in touch and send communications regarding activities of interest in accordance with our purposes.
• To offer support as volunteers, in prayer, or financially.
• To provide personalized and confidential follow-up of the support or accompaniment that we can offer and that you request.

With your consent, we may process images:

• to be projected within the context of an internal activity for internal informational purposes.
• on our entity's website for the dissemination of our activities.
• displayed to public administrations or private entities as part of the information in the justification report of donations or subsidies received.

Consent for image processing
Given that the right to one's own image is recognized in Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and regulated by Law 1/1982 on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image, we request your consent to publish photographs or videos in which you appear individually or in a group with other participants in the entity's activities, in communication and dissemination spaces of the entity, which currently include informational brochures and the entity's website, where activities and services offered by the entity are publicized.

Legitimation
The LEGITIMACY for processing your data is based on the fact that you are an associated member of the entity, collaborator, sympathizer, participant, or user of the activities organized by the entity. On the other hand, the legal basis for sending you communications to keep you informed about the activities of the entity is the concurrence of the legitimate interest of the entity.

Recipients
The RECIPIENTS to whom your data will be communicated are the personnel and management of the entity and the service providers necessary to fulfill our obligations (accounting, IT maintenance service), who will only access your data for the exclusive purpose of providing the services contracted by the entity.

Your data WILL NOT BE COMMUNICATED TO THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR CONSENT, except by legal imperative.

How long your data will be stored
We process and store your data as long as necessary for the fulfillment of your rights as provided for in the entity's bylaws or until you expressly communicate your intention to delete your data from our records.

Your rights
You may exercise your RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, OPPOSITION, LIMITATION OF PROCESSING, AND PORTABILITY, as provided for in the regulations, by writing to info@unida.es with a copy of your ID.

Security
Our digital network is protected and has restricted access only to those responsible for the data who require access for entity management. Paper-based data collection documentation is properly protected to restrict access to authorized personnel.
